Security of your property in your absence is probably one of the concerns uppermost in your mind. We will make regular visits to your property to check everything is as it should be. In addition to being keyholders, we can be the nominated people to answer alarm calls.
It is also important to check the property regularly for insect-infestation and that no birds have flown down the chimney for instance. With the electricity supply being unusual at times, it's handy to know that someone is checking your fridges and freezers in your absence.
